Sunac Guiyang Smart City

The Guiyang Sunac City project is envisioned as a livable completed community located on the main axis of southward development of the Guiyang city.  The great ecological environment within the site, the landing value of big data industry and the mix of land use, makes it an ideal location to create a place for people to live, work and play.

The Master Plan vision is founded upon the principles of integrating the existing ecology, natural landscape and all-age living into the design structure, providing a vibrant community that features a rich diversity of amenities for the residents within walking distance. By holistically integrating these land uses, the goal is to not just provide a physical design, but to also support and reinforce a contemporary lifestyle of living, working and recreating integrated with nature. It is crucial to provide a high standard of amenity for recreation and a healthy living lifestyle to attract people from the city.

Our design concept is to create an interconnected park city, which features the connection between the city, nature and people. By utilizing the forest land and green space, the plan is aimed to build a high quality continuous public space network through parks, city nodes, feature road and slow traffic system. This network connects all the functional areas and provides a great living experience in the park.
