PLANNING
Master planning is rooted in an extended conversation with the land and the community. ARCHITECTURE
Architecture begins with a thorough understanding of the building site and the client’s needs and aspirations. The process of design is collaborative and considers a complex array of issues that must be managed and directed towards the common goals of the project. At EKISTICS our goal is to create buildings that are bold, practical, environmentally sensitive and authentic.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
Landscape Architecture at EKISTICS begins with the consideration of context, space and movement. Each design is layered with a simple yet richly textured palette of materials, details and forms developed from the needs and inspirations particular to each place. The resulting designs are both sculptural and practical.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
Design alone is of limited value without an understanding of how it is implemented. With hundreds of projects designed and constructed around the world, EKISTICS expertise extends from the boardroom financials to the development approvals, the construction servicing to the market offering; guiding projects strategically through the often disjointed stages of development.
INTEGRATED GOLF DESIGN
EKISTICS balances the requirements of creating a challenging top level golf course, that focuses on the intricacies and experience of the game, whilst ensuring that a strong and viable residential community is integrated with the course and surrounding landscapes.

Resort design involves the creation of a unique vision that integrates and respects the physical, environmental and cultural context of the site.
