Sanjiazhou Island Resort

San Jiao Zhou Island is a unique private island 2 km off the coast of Huizhou’s Kings Coast Tourism area. The site consists of two parts: a large piece of developable land and a small piece of rocky land. These two pieces are linked by a strip of white sandy beach. Together they form a triangle around an inner lagoon. EKISTICS was commissioned to develop an innovative resort master plan for the island. The vision integrates the stunning characteristics of this island site into the resort. A full range of island retreat services like a hotel and clubhouse, which are sited on two hilltops, enjoy views of the inner lagoon, beach and islet. By adding a clubhouse, VIP buildings, bars, marinas and a spa, the site becomes a truly memorable destination. The VIP buildings are configured with an inner courtyard and ocean views. A series of lagoon water bungalows sit along the shore of the small islet looking across the lagoon.
