Planning | Town PlanningEKISTICS was tasked with creating a high-end low density single family community as the ‘bookends’ to the Kilamba Kiaxi new city. The four distinct and separate parcels are located in the core area of the KK new city and are envisioned as a high-end community encompassing single family houses, duplexes, a community centre and destination community commercial centre.
It is intended to establish and promote a healthy and relaxing life style for the emerging middle class in Luanda, attract more permanent residents and set up a successful single family community model in the urban context of Luanda. This plan also encourages a new model for real estate development in Angola.
