Victoria Drive Townhomes | Burke Mountain, Coquitlam | 3 + 4 Bed
Rich Tudor style architecture features thoughtfully detailed brick and wood trim facades with a warm color palette and traditional details that accentuate the individuality of each home. Two storey uphill/three storey downhill townhomes are arranged to follow the sites existing contours and maximizing sun exposure while capturing sweeping views to the south.
Hawthorne Townhomes | Cloverdale, Surrey | 2 Bed
Flat front facades, low rear roof lines and pitched gable roofs draw from classic saltbox design, defining each home from the next. Oversized windows allow natural light to flood the homes, while the shadowbox detailing add layers of depth and character across the development.

Seaside Townhomes | Tsawwassen | 2, 3 + 4 Bed
Board and batten textures, oversized windows and expansive front porches pay homage to beachside living. One of Seaside’s defining architectural features is board and batten. This wood design is created by placing wide vertical boards underneath slim horizontal battens to add depth and originality to each home.
Gardner Townhomes | Abbotsford | 2 + 3 Bed
Shingle-style rowhomes with modern living spaces expertly blend traditional detailing and contemporary layouts. Unique gable trims, planter boxes, and thoughtfully crafted entries showcase the distinct Victorian-based architecture that evoke a storybook likeness.
