EKISTICS President and founder, Paul Rosenau was interviewed by the Vancouver Sun on the differences between Canadian and Chinese development markets and our very first Chinese project – First Forest – a sprawling, 55 hectare development featuring 900 luxury homes located 30 minutes from Beijing’s airport. EKISTICS, designed every aspect of the community, including the master planning, architecture (including the Clubhouse) and landscape architecture, and when Joseph Caron, The Canadian Ambassador to China, opened First Forest in 2004, it was promoted as China’s premier single-family community and launched EKISTICS into the Chinese market.
