It is with great sadness and deep regret that we announce the passing of our friend and colleague Don Wuori.

Don created an incredible legacy of design and mentorship in our studio. We feel honoured that Don chose us as his home over the past 5 years. His interest in passing on his experience has been a gift to us at EKISTICS.

A renowned and celebrated Landscape Architect, Don’s mark is seen across Vancouver. From Coal Harbour Green and the Vancouver Conference Centre, to Whistler Village Square, Don had a gift of designing memorable spaces for people. Chances are, if you look at any promotional pictures of Vancouver, they will inevitably feature one of Don’s signature designs. 

We will miss Don – his warmth, humour, talent and most of all, his friendship.
